Jonathan has more than 25 years' experience across renewables, infrastructure, M&A, private equity and international structuring. His early career was in transaction advisory with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Tokyo, including two of the largest foreign leveraged buyouts in Japan at the time, followed by corporate tax and legal at PwC, and Deutsche Bank in London, where he was responsible for developing and bringing to market new private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds for European and US institutional and high net worth investors.

He then spent 15 years founding and leading companies in solar, battery storage, microgrid and electrical infrastructure, has delivered more than 300 energy projects and was the architect and Project Director of the award-winning IKEA Adelaide Microgrid. As Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and board director of a UK plc in the distributed energy sector, he was part of the leadership team that took the business from an Australian start-up to a UK-headquartered group with operations in Australia and offices in Singapore and the United States, and led its capital raising from institutional and private investors, its preparation for a London AIM listing and its audited group accounts across jurisdictions.

At Macrano, Jonathan leads acquisitions, financing and governance, together with the group's commercial strategy and energy growth, and sits on each operating company board.

Chris is a senior infrastructure and clean-energy executive who has spent 25 years on the financing side of infrastructure, ahead of his current portfolio of institutional governance roles. His executive career spans project finance at Macquarie Bank; Investment Director at Hastings Funds Management; Chief Investment Officer roles at Deutsche Bank (Infrastructure) in Singapore and at AMP Capital (Infrastructure); Head of Property at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, where he built that business from a standing start; and Chief Executive of the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility.

His current roles include board member and Sustainability Committee Chair of Igneo Infrastructure Partners' Australia New Zealand Diversified Infrastructure Fund, Investment Committee Chair of Dragonfly Enviro Capital, and board and investment committee roles across superannuation and funds-management vehicles. Earlier directorships include ElectraNet SA, PowerCo NZ and Ballarat Water, where he was inaugural Chair.

At Macrano, Chris chairs the group and each operating company board, and provides board governance, capital structuring, investment-committee discipline and asset-management oversight: monthly performance review, budget approval and risk oversight across the group.

Vipul is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and senior finance executive with more than 25 years' experience across investment management, infrastructure and financial services.

As one of the first employees of Palisade Investment Partners, Vipul spent 15 years as General Manager, Finance, where he built and led the firm's finance, operations, reporting and compliance functions. He supported the growth of the business from approximately $200 million to more than $4 billion in funds under management, with 15 consecutive years of unqualified group audit opinions.

His experience spans the structuring and ongoing management of multiple funds and corporate entities, including project finance, corporate and fund-level bridging debt. This includes negotiating bank term sheets and financing documentation through to ongoing covenant management. He has also supported more than 25 fund-level infrastructure transactions across transport, renewable energy and social infrastructure, with a focus on tax structuring, accounting and asset valuations.

Earlier in his career, Vipul held roles with Perpetual, Brookfield Multiplex Capital, BNP Paribas Securities Services and KPMG.

At Macrano, Vipul leads the group's centralised services function, overseeing financial control, treasury, board and financier reporting, and the progressive integration of finance and administration across the group. The Macrano model draws directly on his experience building the financial and operational infrastructure required to support a growing investment management business.
